PACE: Sales Intelligence · Training
Your whole day, one route.
PACE SI keeps your customers, visits, and drive time in one app. This five-minute tour follows the same route you'll drive every day — six stops, start to finish. No sign-in needed for the tour.
Already know your way around? Jump straight in — same address, tap Open PACE SI.
Stop 1 · Getting in
Sign in with a code, not a password
Type your work email and PACE SI emails you a 6-digit code. Enter it and you're in — nothing to remember, nothing to reset.
- Enter your work email and tap Send sign-in code.
- Check your inbox — the code arrives in seconds.
- Type the 6 digits. That's it, you're in.
Stop 2 · Home base
Start every morning on Today
Today shows the four numbers that matter, then turns them into a plan. Tap Plan my day and pull stops from a saved route, your customer list, or whoever's near you right now.
- Needs attention — customers 60+ days since a visit, or never visited.
- Follow-ups — the things you promised to do.
- Nearby prospects — who's within 5 miles of where you're standing.
- Logged today — your visits so far.
Stop 3 · At the counter
Log the visit before you leave the lot
Open the customer and tap Check in when you walk in. When you're done, a couple of quick phrases and Check out — the visit logs itself, time on site included.
- Quick phrases fill the note in one tap — "DM was out", "Left literature". Add detail only if you want to.
- Logging yesterday's visit? Tap the date chip and back-date it.
- In a hurry? Long-press a customer in the list for Quick Log.
Stop 4 · The blue mic
Or just say it
The blue mic button rides in the middle of the bottom bar, on every screen. Tap it and talk like you'd brief your manager — PACE SI transcribes the note and files it to the right customer. You just confirm.
- Say the customer's name in the note and PACE SI matches the account for you.
- Fix any words in the transcript before you save — it's editable.
- On a customer's page, the Record button files the note there directly — no matching needed.
Stop 5 · Your territory
Green, yellow, red — your territory at a glance
Every customer wears a color, and the customer list and the map speak the same language. One look tells you who's covered and who's been waiting.
- Green — visited in the last 14 days. Covered.
- Yellow — 15 to 60 days. Getting stale.
- Red — over 60 days, or never visited. Go see them.
Stop 6 · Repeat business
Save the loops you drive every week
Routes are the runs you make again and again — the Tuesday loop, the river towns. Save one once, and every morning it's two taps: Plan my day → Saved route.
- PACE SI orders the stops and shows miles and drive time for every leg.
- Reorder any time — legs recalculate on the spot.
- End the day your way — round trip, shortest drive, or a custom last stop.
That's the whole job.
Sign in, plan from Today, check in, talk to the mic, and watch the map turn green. Three habits make it stick:
When in doubt, hit the mic
A rough voice note in the truck beats a perfect memory at the kitchen table. It files itself.
Check in when you walk in
Time on site, visit history, and the green dot all handle themselves from that one tap.
Start from Today
If the plan's built before the engine starts, the day runs itself — and nothing red gets forgotten.
