PACE accounts belong to a company team and are provisioned by your
company's admin. You can request deletion of your account and the
personal data associated with it at any time.
To request deletion, email
blazingsaddles@theaamgroup.com
from the work email address you sign in with, with the subject
"Account deletion request — PACE: Sales Intelligence". No explanation
is required.
What gets deleted
Your sign-in account (email address and login credentials)
Your profile information (name)
Voice recordings you created
Your device's push-notification registration
What may be retained
Customer records and visit notes entered during your employment are
business records that belong to your company's team and may be retained
by your company after your account is deleted. They are no longer linked
to your login once the account is removed.
Timing
Deletion requests are completed within 30 days of verification.
